DESCRIPTION:For many people the Christmas season is not necessarily a time of joy and peace. It could be a time of grieving the loss of a loved one\, the loss of employment\, or some other personal challenge. The Blue Christmas service is for those who find themselves in such a position. It is a quiet and thoughtful service that recognizes our pain and losses\, remembers those whom we mourn this time of year\, and guides us toward the promise of new hope. \nThis service is sponsored by St. Andrew’s United and St. John’s Anglican churches\, and held this year at St. Andrew’s.
