A contemplative, candle-lit service with beautiful music, Taizé songs, silences and prayer. Our next cycle of Taizé services will run from September 2024 to April 2025.
Christmas Services
- Blue Christmas: Tues. Dec. 17, 2024 at 7 pm.
For many people the Christmas season is not necessarily a time of joy and peace. It could be a time of grieving the loss of a loved one or the loss of employment or some other personal challenge. The Blue Christmas service is for those who find themselves in such a position. It is a quiet and thoughtful service that recognizes our pain and losses, remembers those whom we mourn this time of year and guides us toward the promise of new hope. - Longest Night of the Year (Yalda): Sat. Dec. 21, 2024 at 7 pm.
Come and celebrate the beginning of a new period of increasing light and growth in your life (Yalda, in the Iranian tradition) with music, poetry and prayer. - Jesus’ Birthday Party for Kids: Tues. Dec. 24, 2024 at 4 pm.
- Christmas Eve Candlelight & Carols Service: Tues. Dec. 24, 2024 at 7 pm.
